You can view the exchange or conversion rate applied to your invoice by downloading the detailed invoice report from the Payroll Hub.
If your employees are paid in a currency that's different from your billing currency, Playroll applies an exchange rate to convert those amounts on your invoice. You can see the exact rate used for any payroll month by downloading that month's detailed invoice report.
✅ Step 1 – Log in to the Playroll platform
Log in to the Playroll platform using https://app.playroll.com/.
✅ Step 2 – Open the Payroll Hub
Click the "Payroll Hub" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

✅ Step 3 – Open the Billing tab
Click the "Billing" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

✅ Step 4 – Download the detailed invoice report
Select the three dots on the right-hand side of the screen for the applicable payroll month, then click the download icon to export the detailed invoice report as an Excel file.

✅ Step 5 – Find the rate in the Billing Currency tab
Open the downloaded Excel file and go to the "Billing Currency" tab. Depending on your invoice layout, you'll see either:
- A "Conversion Rate" cell, showing the rate at which the currency was converted, or
- An "Exchange Rate" cell, showing the rate applied to the employee's salary components, alongside a separate cell for the applicable FX (foreign exchange) fee.
