How to Download Your Detailed Monthly Invoice Breakdown

You can download a detailed breakdown of any monthly payroll invoice from the Payroll Hub.

If you need a full breakdown of how a monthly invoice was calculated — including individual employee costs, currency conversions, and contribution details — you can download it directly from the Playroll platform as an Excel file.

✅ Step 1 – Log in to the Playroll platform

Log in to the Playroll platform using https://app.playroll.com/.

✅ Step 2 – Open Billing under Payroll Hub

Select "Payroll Hub" on the left-hand side of the dashboard. From the dropdown that appears, click "Billing".

✅ Step 3 – Open the invoice's action menu

On the "Monthly Payroll" tab, you'll see all available invoice information. For the relevant month, click the three dots on the invoice row.

✅ Step 4 – Download the Excel report

From the dropdown menu that appears, select "Download Excel Report". This automatically downloads the detailed invoice breakdown as an Excel file.

The downloaded Excel report includes a detailed breakdown of costs and calculations for every employee on the invoice, including individual payment calculations, currency conversion details, employer and employee contribution breakdowns, allowances and benefits, and gross salary, tax, deduction, and net pay amounts. You can also download an official PDF version of the invoice from the same menu.
