Update the primary billing contact in Playroll in 5 steps via Settings > Billing to edit and save new contact details.
You can update the primary billing contact directly from your Playroll account settings. Follow the steps below to change the name, email address, or other contact details associated with billing.
Update the Billing Contact in Playroll
✅ Step 1 – Open Settings
Log in to your Playroll account and click Settings located at the bottom-left corner of the platform navigation menu.
✅ Step 2 – Select the Billing Tab
In the Settings menu, click on the Billing tab to access your company’s billing information and contact details.
✅ Step 3 – Edit the Current Billing Contact
Scroll down to the Billing Contact section. Locate the current contact details and click the Pencil icon next to the contact information to begin editing.
✅ Step 4 – Update Contact Details
A pop-up window will appear. Update the billing contact’s name, email address, or other relevant information as required.
✅ Step 5 – Save Your Changes
After making the necessary updates, click Submit to save the new billing contact details. The updated information will immediately reflect in your billing settings.
