Resolve 2FA login issues such as expired verification links and missing verification emails in under 5 minutes.
This troubleshooting guide explains how to fix common login problems with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), including invalid links, missing verification emails, and blocked messages.
Why Use Two-Factor Authentication?
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of protection to your Playroll account. Even if your password is compromised, unauthorized users cannot access your account without completing the second verification step.
The Verification Link Is Invalid
Verification links sent via email are only valid for 30 minutes. If your link has expired, return to the Playroll login page and sign in again to automatically generate a new verification email.
No Verification Email Received
If you do not receive the verification email, check the following folders and settings:
- Spam or Junk folder
- Archive or Trash folders (some email clients automatically categorize messages)
- Confirm that the sender address is noreply@playroll.com
If you are using a company-managed email account, your organization’s firewall or spam filter may block external emails. Contact your IT administrator to ensure Playroll verification messages are whitelisted.
✅ Step 1 – Request a New Verification Email
Sign in again to your Playroll account to trigger a new verification link. The email should arrive within a few minutes.
✅ Step 2 – Whitelist Playroll’s Email Domain
Add noreply@playroll.com to your safe sender list to ensure future verification emails arrive directly in your inbox.
✅ Step 3 – Contact Playroll Support
If these steps do not resolve the issue, contact Playroll Support via email on support@playroll.com for further assistance.
