✅ Step 1 – Confirm Your Registered Email Address
Verify the the email address that is linked to your Playroll profile.
You must use this registered email address to successfully receive the password reset instructions.
✅ Step 2 – Open the Password Reset Page
Navigate to the Playroll Single Sign-On (SSO) page using the link below:
Enter your registered email address and follow the prompts to request a password reset email.
✅ Step 3 – Check Your Inbox and Spam Folder
After submitting your request, check your primary inbox for a password reset email from no-reply@mail.playroll.com.
If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Some email providers may filter automated messages.
