Playroll invoices clients from one of two entities: Playroll Limited (UK based) or Playroll SA (South Africa based). By default, invoices are issued from Playroll Limited. If a UK-based client is billed from Playroll Limited, they will be charged VAT. For South African companies, invoices can only be issued from Playroll SA, and they will be subject to South African VAT.
