How to Track Your Resignation Request in Playroll

Track the status of your resignation request in Playroll, from initial review through to your final working day.

This applies to employees who have already submitted a resignation request through Playroll and want to check its progress or review the details on file.

Before you begin

• Confirm that you have already submitted a resignation request in Playroll.

Track your request

✅ Step 1 – Open your request status

Open the Resignation card on your profile and select Status to view the request details, attachments, and current stage.

✅ Step 2 – Understand your request stage

Your resignation request moves through the following stages:

• Under review: Playroll reviews the request, confirms the compliant process, and prepares any required documents.
• On notice: Your final employment details are confirmed and the offboarding steps continue.
• Terminated: Your employment and related offboarding processing have been finalised.

What happens next

Check back on the Resignation card at any time to see your current stage. Playroll updates the status as your request progresses through review, notice, and completion.
