You can update the primary billing contact on the Playroll platform by following these steps:
Steps to change the billing contact
- Log into the platform and click on Settings located at the bottom left of the screen.
- Click on the Billing tab in the settings menu.
- Scroll down to the billing contact section. The current billing contact will be displayed. Click the Pencil icon next to the contact details.
- A pop-up window will appear where you can update the name, email, or contact information of the billing contact.
- After making the required changes, click the Submit button to save your updates.
